                                 Hire of Church Premises

General Hire

Whole of Nave and Facilities

Hourly Charge for all facilities                 £15.50 per hour

Upstairs Room and balcony                    £9.50 per hour

Minimum Hire all facilities                       £31.00

Minimum Hire Upstairs                            £9.50

All Day Hire of all facilities                        £150

Please Note

All charges include use of tables and chairs

Heating – if required, the use the electric heaters in upper room is included in the hourly charge.
Additionally:
  • Use of the electric heaters in upper room is included in the hourly charge.
  • Use of the gas heaters is charged at £5 per hour. 
  • If the underfloor heating is required, this is charged at £20 per hire but waived if the system is already in use, which is typically Friday through to Sunday when we have a Sunday inclusive in winter/cold months.
    A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for this.

Kitchen and use of crockery, oven, refrigerator etc. are primarily available only for hirers of all facilities although they may be available to hirers of upstairs room and balcony on request. Advance notice is required if refrigerator and oven are required.

Payment: 20% required at time of booking confirmation. Remainder due on the day of the booking.

The facilities (including the kitchen if used) must be left in a clean and tidy state and chairs and tables left as they were at the start of the hire or returned to the store from where they were taken.

Concessionary charges or waiving of fees may be applied for certain categories or groups.
